Educating Sex Workers

Education is the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, beliefs, and habits. Educational methods include storytelling, discussion, teaching, training, and directed research. Education frequently takes place under the guidance of educators, but learners may also educate themselves. Education can take place in formal or informal settings and any experience that has a formative effect on the way one thinks, feels, or acts may be considered educational. The methodology of teaching is called confrencing. In this regular skills training confreneces are held for the team of prostitutes we handle so that in this they may be empowered to work and support themselves thus giving them a better and healthy way of approaching the different challenging situtations that they are going through thus helping them out. Our primary focus has been on mainly vocational part because thats where these groups can easily be influenced to help themselves better.
